LOL! YES, that has happened to me!! You know what else is funny? I'm getting ready to go on vacation in a couple days and all week people have been saying "have a great vacation!" to me, and I always answer "you too!" and then I'm like... "ummm I mean, when you... take...a vacation...next time you...do that."
